FILL ORDER

NOTE: By moving the mouse over the buttons, the help box at the bottom of that screen will give you a brief description of the function of that button.

Filling or Part Filling an Order

If one of the Items on the Order has a different price to the price in the stock file the above window will show.
You can change the price in the stock file to mach the order price you may have to change the price on the order to the price on the suppliers invoice first.
The price can be changed to the new price OR Averaged OR just leave the price the same as before.
You can change the buy price but not change your sell price with 'Don't change Retail Prices' if ticked.

Before the next window is seen the Category list will show so you can select the category the Payment will be made under.

When an Order is filled or part filled the transaction can be sent to Creditors OR paid straight to the Ledger if the payment has been made.

Ok & Save To Creditors Button saved to creditors.
Pay To Ledger By Pass Creditor Button puts the transaction into the Ledger

When filling out the boxes the word Invoice is the suppliers Invoice or your bill.

The lower part of the form only needs to be filled out if paying to the Ledger.
