The setup section allows you to change your Order print-outs
and setups. There are several check boxes, these being:
500 Orders Only Per Book: This function reduces
the amount of Orders from 999 Orders per book to 500 Orders per
book. This option is of benefit for hard disk storage and also
memory. If you are backing up to 1.44mb floppy disks then
you must set to 500 only as the file will be to big to backup to
floppy disks.
Show Tax on Order: This function does not show
the tax if the check box has not been checked. It will also not
show the tax totals if the tax amount = 0.
Don't Print Part numbers on Order: Having this
checked stops the printing of part numbers on the Order. It also
changes the screen display so that you can't manually type part
numbers in.
Don't ask before printing item amounts: When
this option is checked the option to not print amounts is
disabled therefore all item totals are printed. When unchecked a
questioned box will appear asking whether to print or not, item
totals.
Terms in days to Fill Order: This sets the
amount of days before the order becomes overdue from being
supplied.
Day/Month Age From Date or Month End: This sets
the above day countdown from the date of order or from the end of
the month.
Resize Lists to Screen Size: When checked the
Customer, Ageing, Service and Order List screens will resize so
that more items are viewable on the screen. (requires 600x800
resolution or higher).
Tax Signature Name: This field identifies the
name of tax number authorised person that is to be printed on the
form.
Tax Signature Filename: This Box identifies the
bitmap image that you can use as your signature, to create a
custom signature:
1. Using a scanner, scan your signature and save it as a bitmap
into the Bizz Wizz directory or
2. Double-click on the signature image, this will bring up the MS
Paint module where you can draw your signature. after you have
done so, save this bitmap into the Bizz Wizz directory.
Clicking on the list button will allow you to locate the bitmap
you saved to the Bizz Wizz directory.
Note 1-3: These fields allows you to have 60
characters of text as a note on your Order. To see the position
of these notes on the order it is recommended to print an order
to see where the text will be printed. These are general notes
and should not relate to terms or other conditions. eg In these
notes you may have your terms and conditions of sale or general
messages like Merry Christmas.
Not Filled: This note will appear on any order
that is not filled.
Filled: This message will only appear on filled
orders.
Over Due: The overdue message will appear only
on overdue orders which are not filled.

ARE YOUR DATES PRINTING THE WRONG WAY?
THEN YOUR COPY OF "WINDOWS" IS NOT SET TO THE RIGHT
COUNTRY SETTINGS IN CONTROL PANEL !

The Order layouts section allows you to set options for
printing:
Order Layout set to No: Selects the Order layout
to use 0,1,2,3.
Print Letter Head: If your forms for Orders and
statements etc, have got pre-printed letterheads, then turn this
option off. If you have used the letterhead designer and wish to
have the letterhead put onto your Orders check the box and it
will in-turn put the letterhead on the top of your Orders etc.
Alignment in mm on Pre-printed forms: If you are
using pre-printed forms aligning the text to the boxes can
sometimes be difficult therefore we have allowed you to input a
value in mm of how far up or down the page the text needs to be
moved. You can have a negative mm if you need to push the text
higher. If you need to push the text lower on the form, then it
would be a positive number. This can also be used for blank paper
as well. If you find your text is printing too high, by typing in
5 for 5mm it will push the text 5mm down the page, making the
text more central or aligning to pre-printed boxes.
Print Order 2 Times: This will automatically
print two copies of the Order when checked.
Print Boxes in Colour Blue: This will print
boxes on your Orders in colour. It will slow the printing process
down considerably as colour printing is a lot slower than black
and white printing.
Print on White Paper and Draw Boxes for Order:
When checked the Order or statement will print all of its own
form boxes. This is only used when printing on blank paper.
When you have set all of your options, click Ok to save.
