The Bizz Wizz Main Menu can be run as a full screen or in tool bar format. When first loaded the full screen menu will appear with 19 buttons, allowing you to select the appropriate sections. By clicking on any of the program buttons the desired section will run. For information on each button's functions, position the mouse over the button and its description will appear in the help panel.

NOTE: Most of the buttons on the Main menu have links at the top of this page.

Help Button will bring up the Manual for Bizz Wizz on your Windows HTML viewer. By pressing "F1" on the keyboard "Help" can also be shown for the screen that you have in front of you.

Unlock Button will unlock Bizz Wizz. You will need a new unlock code every time the software is installed or reinstalled.

Document Manager The Document Manager allows you to store and group your documents. The main menu Document button allows you to select a button for the group of documents required. When the document button is pressed on the main menu, documents you have stored will be easily loaded. They will also only be linked to the main menu as your main documents. If you select a document button in another part of Bizz Wizz these document will not show. e.g.. Invoicing, Customers, Suppliers, Parts and Orders all have there own list of documents.

BW Home This button will only work if you are connected to the web and will bring up the Bizz Wizz Home Page.

NOTE :
Below the main "BIZZ WIZZ" title is the Current Business Name panel. If you have set up two Business Names in the letterhead program, clicking this panel allows you to change from one business to the other.

Clicking on the Utilities button slides out the Bizz Wizz Utilities Panel. This panel contains extra buttons and settings for the Tool Bar.

Uninstall button lets you remove Bizz Wizz off the computer or parts of the program.
NOTE: If uninstalling an old version, when it asks if you want to uninstall the system files do not do so. It is a good idea to keep a copy and save any deleted versions. Floppy disks are not recommended.

Import Stock button allows you to import data into the price book from a comma delimited file ( *.CSV).

Load old version data button lets you import data from older versions of Bizz Wizz. Be aware that when you open this button you need follow the instructions carefully that are listed under DANGER as you could overwrite any data that is already in the new program. Import data only if your last version was less than the new version purchased.

Picture Converter Converts pictures into price book compatible files and places them in the Bizz Wizz picture folder. The picture convert button will run a small program which will let you View, Resize, Reformat, and Link to parts in the price book. However you can also use it to View, Resize and or Reformat pictures for other uses. e.g. Take picture with your camera then resize it so it is not to big in (KB) then reformat it from a JPG to a BMP file, to put it on your letter head. The picture converter contains a folder of existing pictures that you can add to.

Updates Button will only work if you are connected to the web and will bring up the Bizz Wizz home UPDATES page. You should regularly check the UPDATES page for the latest update. If your existing update is older than the update on the UPDATE page, then you need to download it.

Email BW   Button will only work if you are connected to the web. It will bring up your email program and pre-address your email. You can also use this option to get your unlock code from us via email.

BW News   Button will only work if you are connected to the web and it will bring up the Bizz Wizz home NEWS page. If there is no news to show, the Page may come up with "Page not found."

TICK BOX SETTINGS in Utilities on Main Menu.

1. Always run as tool bar mode on. (default is to your preference) When ticked, this will only show the toolbar and the main screen will not show on start up. By maximizing the toolbar the main screen will reappear. Please also read toolbar floating on screen.

2.Change to toolbar after selection. (default ON) When ticked the main screen will minimise to the tool bar when one of the programs of Bizz Wizz is activated.

3.Toolbar floating on screen. (default OFF ) When ticked the toolbar can be moved to any position on the screen and will always appear on top of any other application.
When unchecked the toolbar can only be positioned at the top of the screen, however it can be moved from side to side. In non-floating mode, the toolbar will automatically self hide. To make the toolbar reappear simply move the mouse to the top of the screen.

4.Notify on Diary appointment. (default ON) When ticked, this will show appointment times for that day when in tool bar mode.
( If tool bar floating is turned on appointments will not show.)

TOOL BAR

Moving the tool bar. Simply click on the panel showing the directory name ( top right ) and while holding down the left mouse button, drag the tool bar to the desired position. Remember: in non-floating mode you can only move left and right.
