Bizz Wizz is diary is used for storing appointments in a day to day diary use. The Diary can accommodate up to twenty users each having their own set of appointment file details. It can dynamically produce New Invoices or load old invoices depending on the customer selection. The greatest feature of the Diary is its simplicity and almost self-explanatory functions.
A manual is hardly necessary! By moving the mouse arrow over any button selection, an explanation of the function will appear in the help box at the bottom of the screen.

This list displays all the appointments for the current day or
the current year depending on configuration. Double clicking on
an empty time will allow you to enter a new appointment, double
clicking on a filled one will allow you to change the record.
Add and Edit buttons are disabled if Yearly view is selected.
If in yearly view, double clicking an item will take you to the
appointments day and open the Add / Change box.
Add / Change appointment details
This window allows you to add/change appointment details.

When adding a new name to the list you must select an
appointment time and duration. The duration of the time is
measured in 15 min intervals. Bizz Wizz Automatically checks for
conflicts in appointment times and will notify you of any conflicts.
If you want to automatically fill the fields with an existing
customers details you can press the Find button. The Find button
will display a list of all customers of which you can choose one
of. When you return to the list (if you did a selection or
pressed ok) all fields will contain the customer details.
Client Documents This buttons allows you
to attach documents to the highlighted client.

Button functions are as follows:
Exit Button
This button will exit the Diary Program.
Today Button
This button will set the calendar to today's date and load today's
appointments.
Add Button
This button presents you with the Add / Change Dialog box
which allows you to specify a new appointments details.
Change Button
This button presents you with the Add / change dialog box
where you can edit the selected appointments details.
Find Button
This button opens a window that allows you to specify the text
you want to search for. You can find names by specifying the text
you want to search for. If the text entered cannot be found in
the list, you get an not found message. If the text was found,
the popup window closes and takes you to the first text match.
If you want to search for other matches of the
same text in the list you can press F3. This
will loop you around all the text matches throughout the list.
Yearly Button
This button will change the lists view to yearly, this will show
you all the appointment records in the database.
The yearly button will display all appointment details help in
the file. Pressing the yearly button will disable the Compact
List check box, add and Change buttons
Compact List Option (at the top of the list)
The Compact List check box toggles from long and Compact list
mode. In Compact list mode, blank appointment times are not
displayed. In long list mode a 24 hour list is displayed where
you can edit specific times from.
Delete Button
This button will delete the selected appointment. The delete
button will verify that you are sure that you want to delete the
selected record and delete it if you are sure.
Print Button
The Print button will print the contents of the list, giving full
details of the appointments there in. Appointments Can be printed
depending on the list mode all or the currently selected days
appointments are printed.
To-do Button
Pressing this button will take you into the To do
List of Appointments. To-do appointments are ticked to do and
given a priority.
New Invoice
The New Invoice button allows you to create an appointment
invoice with the selected customers details.
Last Invoice
The Last Invoice Button will load the currently selected
customers last invoice (if any). Log as Service must be done on
Invoice in Invoicing program to log last Invoice number.
Open
Opens the calendar to large mode allowing you to select from the
months days.
Remove (To-do List Only)
Will remove the selected item from the To-do
list but not the diary.
Priority (To-do List Only)
Allows you to set the priorities for a specific job. See Job Priority below.
Job
Priority (To-do List )
Allows you to set the priorities for a specific job.
The job properties window displays the jobs to do-by date and the
priority settings for the job. The priority settings are colour
coded.
Red = 1st Priority.
Blue = 2nd Priority.
Green = 3rd Priority.
Black = 4th Priority.
Pressing the OK button saves the settings, Cancel
aborts the operation.

By pressing the to do button, you can invoke the To do list. The
to do list displays all appointments that have been tagged To do.
The Items displayed on the To do list are priority colour coded.
Red = 1st Priority.
Blue = 2nd Priority.
Green = 3rd Priority.
Black = 4th Priority.
To do items can be sorted in different ways depending on your
chosen sort method.
Phone
Number Dialing.
To dial a customers phone number you can
double-click on the phone number that is displayed at the bottom
of the list.

The users combo box lists users names. Each name has its own
individual appointment diary. To add a new person in, you have to
select 'New' from the combo box. A window will popup where
you can type the new users name. Press OK to add the new user.
Press Cancel to abort the operation.
To edit a users name or delete the customer, you must select the
user on the combo box, and press the Edit button. You can type a
new name for the user or press the Delete button to get rid of
the customer.
