Adding a Invoice to the List of a Creditor's Invoices Screen.

This screen will come up blank when first selected. To add an invoice to this screen click the Add button. This will bring up the category list.
The category list is explained in the Accountancy section of your manual.
Select a category from the list. If the category does not exist add to the list by highlighting a blank field and then clicking on the category list Change Button.  When added, Select the desired category by highlighting it, then click the OK button. Clicking Exit will abort the transaction.

The input suppliers Invoice screen. The creditors Name will already appear on the Description screen, however it may be edited to your liking.
The next box is for the Invoice number, then the Amount box follows, for the amount of the transaction or Invoice. You cannot enter a Zero figure. If you need to do so enter 0.001. This will then be accepted.

Personal Amt. If any portion of the above amount is classified as personal expense ( not a business expense) then the percentage of personal use may be entered into this box. If the category has a pre-defined percentage and you wish to use it to calculate the personal amount type C to calculate.
Date of Invoice or date received. The year must be entered with four digits e.g. 1995.
Repeat every.....days. This function is for expenses such as rents or other annual fees. Valid numbers 7 days, 14, 21, 30, 60, 90,120 days, etc. When this invoice is paid the repeat function will re-age itself to be paid in the set time period in the future. If you do not wish to use the repeat function, leave the box empty.

Click OK to save transaction, Exit will abort the transaction. The category list will re-appear. If you wish to enter another transaction highlight the category and click OK. If you wish to end your input this will not abort the last transaction entered. Click Exit which will bring you back to the Creditors Invoices Window.

If you have made an error, highlight the Invoice, click on the Change button. This will allow you to change any part of the transaction which is incorrect. If the transaction is void highlight the transaction and click the Delete button. This will delete the transaction. The Undelete button will restore it if a wrong invoice has been selected. The Undelete button is only used for immediate recovery. It will only work for a short time.
