The Business Name program is designed to put your business
name on your Invoice, Orders and Remittance forms and print the
business name on a sheet of paper. It can be used with colour
printers or black and white printers. There are eight text input
boxes and one picture input box.. If the word TAX INVOICE is printing in
the wrong position on your invoice left click on the Move button and it
will reposition it to the right hand side of the page to align in with
pre-printed forms.
INPUT YOUR NAME :
In the Name text box, input your business name,
RESIZE TEXT :
Note You cannot resize the Text fields with the mouse
you must use the Font button to change Font,
Size and Colour of a text fields.
Click on font button and set the appropriate
font and size for your business name. When the appropriate font
and size has been selected click OK to save.
You will see the business name text appear in the yellow box on
the top of the screen.
HIGHLIGHT TEXT TO MOVE:
The text can be moved to any position within that yellow box. To
position the business name text, click on the desired text and
red dots will frame the text.
MOVE TEXT :
Then to move the text , click anywhere on the yellow
background and hold the mouse button down and you will be able to
drag the text around the screen. Release the button in the
position you wish the text to be located, then click back on the
text again to remove the red dots.
Repeat this function for each of the text boxes. The text can be
any size, colour or font using the appropriate font buttons for
each text.
Positioning The Picture
You need to have a picture which is either a bitmap or windows
megafile (i.e.wmf or bmp.) If you don't have your picture in that
format the Windows Paint program is capable of converting your
pictures to the appropriate format. For a practice run, click on
the Load button next to the picture name box, it
will bring up a file open dialogue box. On the screen you will
see the file ian.bmp and some wmf
files, click on one of these to load onto your business name or
select your own picture from another directory. Click OK
when file has been selected, the picture will appear in the lower
box and also with the business name in the yellow window.
To resize the picture to the desired size, click on the picture
and the red dot frame will appear. Position your mouse over the
red dot and the icon will change. Press the left mouse button and
drag, then release and your picture will resize. Repeat this
procedure to resize until satisfied. To move the picture
highlight it, then click anywhere on the yellow and hold the
mouse button down to drag the picture around the screen. Release
the button in the position you wish the picture to be located,
then click back on the box again to remove the red dots. If you
wish to clear the picture from the business name click on the Clear
button, this will clear the picture from the page. If you wish to
reload a picture click Load, then click OK.
The box below the picture at the bottom is for printing a line
under the business name. This is normally used when using the
business name on a blank piece of paper to segregate it from the
rest of the page. The line runs directly across the page. By
clicking the square box, a tick in the box will
print the line, if there is no tick the line will not print.
The single lined box to the right of that window is for the
position of the word "Remittance or Invoice
etc.".
Setting up your printer.
Click the button in the far bottom right and your printer setup
will appear.
This is the same as the Windows printer setup. Please refer to
your printer manual or to your Windows manual for help for this
dialogue box. Click OK to return.
To print your business name click on the print
button, it will then ask you for the number of copies to print,
type in the number and click OK to print. Cancel
will abort the printing.
Pin Numbers
All sections of Bizz Wizz can be Pin Number Locked as
well as some of the Change Modes to stop changes
to stock and Invoices ect.
The Master Lock only locks entry to the pin
number change window.
When finished click on Exit button to close the business name program.
