Month Totals

Month or YearTotals

This will list the month's or year's totals for all categories.
The options at the side of the screen include:

Without Personal and Tax- which removes personal and assets values off category amounts for profit and loss.
Expenses - shows all expense category totals on screen.
Income - shows all income category totals on screen.
Print - prints the list of categories with both With and Without personal and tax.
Spread - prints month by year spread sheet for all categories. With and Without personal and tax.
Balance - prints a year to date Balance sheet for all categories and banks.
Profit & Loss - prints year Profit & loss sheet for all categories, Stock, debtors, creditors and Personal.
Show Totals - shows grand totals for income/expenses. This screen also offers a variety of graph displays:-

Graphs
P/Tax Totals - current year totals less personal and tax.
Totals - year totals, e.g. income take expenses.
Inc-Exp P/T - income / expenses, less personal / tax yearly.
Inc-Exp - income / expenses for the year.
Y/Y P/A Tot - current and previous years totals less personal and tax.
Y/Y Totals - current and previous year totals.
Y/Y Inc - current and previous year income.
Y/Y Exp - current and previous year expenses.
Y/Y P/T Inc - current and previous year personal and tax removed income.
Y/Y P/T Exp - current and previous year personal and tax removed expenses.

The YY choices above will not work if you do not have figures for the previous year.

All the above graphs give you the same selection options for clipboard, Export, Print, Colour and five different types of graphs.

Profit & Loss - prints year Profit & loss sheet for all categories, Stock, debtors, creditors and Personal.

Note :
Debtors and Creditors are aways current to the current Invoicing book and Creditors information, so when listing older months they will not change but they can be removed.
The Remove checkbox removes the current debtors and creditors. This is used when accessing older information.
